Everyone is aware that being a renter involves a number of rules and restrictions, but they are all present for a purpose. Imagine you buy and completely renovate a house with the goal of renting it out and generating income. Now imagine that someone moves into it and mistreats it. Unfortunately, that is precisely what happened in this story. But there’s more to it than that… If you think this man moved out after getting a raw deal, he didn’t. These tenants met the wrong landlord, who was determined to retaliate with indifference.
New tenants
Thomas Ravaux had carefully renovated his house and was ready to look for decent tenants. The landlord search led to a young couple with three children.
