2020 NBA Draft Prediction

LaMelo Ball

The 6″7 and 181 pound point guard is predicted to be the no.1 overall pick on everyone’s prediction list at the moment. LaMelo Ball has had a rather different entrance to the NBA but has been previously playing for the Illawarra Hawks in Australia. Both his parents are former basketball players. He has also previously played in Lithuania and the Los Angeles Ballers. Ball is most likely going to be the pick for the Golden State Warriors.

Obi Toppin

The Cleveland Cavaliers are leaning heavily towards Obi Toppin. The Brooklyn born, 6″9 and 220 pound plays the power forward position. He is 22 years old and has broken out in success in his last freshman season with the Dayton Flyers. He was even named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year and also rewarded multiple national player of the year honors.

Anthony Edwards

Edwards is the most likely pick for the Detroit Pistons. Edwards plays college basketball for the Georgia Bulldogs and is measured in at 6″5 and 225 pounds. He is positioned as a shooting guard. He has previously earned McDonald’s All-American and USA Today All-USA first-team honors and was also ranked as a five-star recruit in the 2019 class.

James Wiseman

The 19-year-old 7″1 center is a likely pick for the Memphis Grizzlies. He is mostly ranked as the top recruit in the 2019 class. Wiseman also claimed multiple national player of the year awards and played in McDonald’s All-American Game. The 19-year-old withdrew from school to work on his game for the NBA draft and we suspect big things are coming.
